Lore Olympus: Volume Four by Rachel Smythe
Lore Olympus, an enchanting slow burn graphic novel romance, continues with its dynamic fourth volume. We dive back through the wonderful art by author Smythe herself and into the retold story of Hades and Persephone. Even though Persephone has begun to feel more alone in this world of the gods, she finds herself needing to assert boundaries with Hades because, after all, Hades has a girlfriend (though the girlfriend is an issue all her own). Then, when Ares, the wrathful god of war, suddenly appears in Olympus, Persephone will not only have to face her past, but her anger as well. Through it all, Smythe weaves an inventive and modern tale filled with ancient and complex deities and shows how the pull of true love can be slowed, but not denied.
