Sleepy Hollow is somehow Izzy Crane's new home. While she's proud of her mom for getting an amazing chef job, she cannot stand the town's obsession with The Legend of Sleep Hollow. However, the intriguing Vicky Van Tassel does make Izzy like Sleepy Hollow at least a little. But then Izzy meets the headless horseman--yes, the actual headless horseman--and he, well they as the ghost sort of has three selves, tells Izzy that Vicky is in danger. Teaming up with their friend Croc, Izzy and Vicky set off to break a generational curse, with the help of a generational bond.
Hollow weaves together Washington Irving's original tale with creativity wholly from authors Shannon Watters and Branden Boyer-White. Berenice Nelle's charming and spooky illustrations highlight the dual nature of this fantastic graphic novel. Eerie yet wholesome, Hollow is a lighthearted delight.
