Holly Quick Backlist Reviews, Bookman!: Week 64

Just to get through some backlog of books I've read, I'll post 4 super short reviews of backlist titles every Wednesday.

  1. Haida (Canadian Aboriginal Art & Culture) by Jennifer Nault (Weigl Educational Pub Ltd, 2008): Short and informative. 5 stars.
  2. Exhibit Labels: An Interpretive Approach by Beverly Serrell (Altamira Press, 1996): Cool for those interested. 4 stars.
  3. The No. 1 Ladies' Detective Agency by Alexander McCall Smith (Vintage, 2003): It was a bit slow at the beginning, but you get drawn in. I can see how it would make a good series. 4 stars.
  4. A Storm of Swords by George R. R. Martin (Bantam, 2000): I rather enjoyed it. 4 stars.
