Oil heiress Holly Court has been down on her luck, but she hopes to turn over a new leaf in Singapore. While working for her father's company, Holly meets the dashing Ash Garrison. Soon, they fall into each other's arms. However, danger--and even pirates--lurk and threaten them and their relationship.
Overall, Wake the Moon is an entertaining spectacle. However, the tease of pirates did not pay off in the most satisfying way. Nevertheless, author Shannon Clare crafted a fun ride.
