Kate Allen Fox composes a lovely dedication to the longest night of the year. Her flowing words take readers young and old on an undulating story of wishes, celebration, light, and night across the world. While Fox's prose is quite delightful, Elisa Paganelli's illustrations are the real star of this book. They are beyond enchanting. The intricacies of how each page rolls into another is simply exquisite.
Winter Solstice Wish is a stunning and graceful read.
