Holly Quick Backlist Reviews, Bookman!: Week 35

Just to get through some backlog of books I've read, I'll post 4 super short reviews of backlist titles every Wednesday. 

1. Loose Lips: Fanfiction Parodies of Great (and Terrible) Literature from the Smutty Stage of Shipwreck edited by Amy Stephenson and Casey A. Childers (Grand Central Publishing, 2016): Wild fanfiction that embraces the hilarity and absurdity that can be present in the genre. 5 stars.
2. Dearest Friend: A Life of Abigail Adams by Lynne Withey (Touchstone, 2001): Eye-opening and, at times, adorable. 4 stars.
3. Summerlong by Peter S. Beagle (Tachyon Publications, 2016): Promising aspects that vanish upon the ending. 3 stars.
4. The Fellowship of the Ring by J.R.R. Tolkien (George Allen & Unwin, 1954): Classic. 4 stars.
