Book series to TV show, 15: Lumberjanes

Every four weeks, I will be writing about a book series that I think could make a great TV show.

For those who don't know, I love the Lumberjanes series. Lumberjanes centers around five friends at a magical and mystical scout camp where they encounter adventure, friendship, badges, challenges, and even a little bit of sweet romance. The series is overall delightful, inclusive, meaningful, and just plain fun.

I think this show could work either as a cartoon (since it does come from a graphic novel series and I quite like the art style) or as live action (this may allow kids to really see themselves in the series). It would probably difficult to include every single thing that happens in this long series, but I think the overall vibes of how magical summer camp feels can be easily translated to screen.

I would eagerly watch this series as well as recommend it to friends and family.
