Well the Roanokes have finally done it: they're getting punished for one of their various hijinks. However, the early morning walk in the woods turns out to have its silver lining as the Lumberjanes learn to wield axes and encounter an unknown creeping plant, an old friend of Rosie's, and the story of the original Lumberjane.
With hints at the larger story of this forest and world, Lumberjanes Vol. 18 is a welcome addition to this charming, heartwarming, and heartfelt series.
