Just to get through some backlog of books I've read, I'll post 4 super short reviews of backlist titles every Wednesday. 

1. Afterschool Charisma, Volumes 1-12 by Kumiko Suekane (Author, Illustrator) and Camellia Nieh (Translator) (VIZ Media LLC, 200): Fascinating, well-written, and dramatic. 5 stars.
2. Princesses Behaving Badly: Real Stories from History without the Fairy-Tale Endings by Linda Rodriguez McRobbie (Quirk Books, 2013): Fun, historical, and inspiring. 4 stars.
3. I am Spock by Leonard Nimoy (Hyperion, 1995): Insightful looks in Stark Trek. 4 stars.
4. The Colony: The Harrowing True Story of the Exiles of Molokai by John Tayman (Scribner, 2006): Beyond educational, a must-read. 5 stars.
